Right-Start Marketing Assistance Program

Feature: Our Right-Start Marketing Assistance program supports the critical customer advocacy relationship between our Account Executive (the single point of coordination) and your employee.

Benefit: Your employees receive the highest possible price for their homes in the least amount of time through our careful analysis of the marketplace and expert marketing guidance. By ensuring a speedy sale, we help you reduce relocation expenses.

We offer the Right-Start Marketing Assistance program as a standard part of the Buyer Value Option, Closing Assistance (with Marketing Assistance), and Home-Sale Assistance programs.

Home-Sale Assistance

Feature: Through our Home-Sale Assistance program, we relieve your employees of the burden of home ownership by purchasing their home at appraised value for resale in the marketplace. Should the employee identify a buyer during the marketing period, we will amend our offer to equal the price of the buyer's offer. If the employee does not receive an acceptable offer during the marketing period, we can purchase the home for the appraised value and fund the employee's equity when he or she vacates the home. At that time, we also take responsibility for managing utilities, taxes, homeowner association fees, maintenance and insurance.

Benefit: We effectively manage your costs by increasing the number of employee-generated sales. Also, because precise appraisals result in faster sales and higher prices, our guidance in choosing a professional appraiser speeds home sales. We enable your employees to achieve a seamless move to the new location with no details left unresolved in the departure location. This makes it easier for your transferees to immediately devote full attention to the job in the new location.

Buyer Value Option Program

Feature: Home value is determined by the open market rather than an appraisal. Once an offer is received from an outside buyer, we make an unconditional, non-contingent offer to your employee to purchase the home based on that buyer's fair-market-value offer. After our transaction with your employee closes, we close the sale with the original outside buyer in a separate transaction.

Benefit: You don't incur the cost of an appraisal or a traditional buyout program; and your employees are able to achieve a quick, smooth closing with us, which makes it easier for them to quickly focus on the new job.

Inventory Management

Feature: If a home in our Home-Sale program enters inventory, RE/MAX Relocation assumes all responsibility for its maintenance and marketing. We develop an updated, aggressive marketing strategy, and supply detailed forecasting of all holding and selling costs.

Benefit: With RE/MAX Relocation handling the details for managing the departure home and its sale, your employee's family is able to move and set up life in the new location with minimal distraction.

Listing Assistance/Real Estate Agent Selection

Feature: We give your employee insight into setting a home's listing price and analyzing the various real estate professionals' roles in the home-sale process. With our comprehensive knowledge of the real estate industry, we help your employee make a wise decision when choosing a Realtor to help sell the home.

Benefit: With our objective analysis, your employee understands what his or her home is worth in the current market and sets realistic expectations for home-sale equity. Assistance from a Realtor with skills specific to your employee's needs results in the home selling at the highest price in the least amount of time.

Closing Assistance

Feature: We coordinate the entire closing process. This service is frequently linked to a basic Marketing-Assistance program.

Benefit: Your employee can move earlier in the home-sale process and concentrate on the destination location with no departure-location distractions.

Equity Advances

Feature: We advance funds to the employee for purchase of a home in the destination location.

Benefit: We provide funds within three to five days, enabling a more aggressive home-purchase schedule, whether or not the home in the departure location has been sold.

Lease-Cancellation Assistance

Feature: We offer assistance in negotiating pre-term lease departure. We also help renters avoid this situation in the future by including a lease-transfer clause in the lease at their destination.

Benefit: Relocating renters can move and begin an assignment prior to completion of their lease Ñ with reduced financial impact.
